- Manages a tracking system to ensure timely responses and follow through of service strategy
- Manages the contacts and coordinates service delivery with all ING Re disciplines
- Coordinates and manages goodwill efforts
- Oversight of our strategic partners
- Commitment to current market trends; data matrix of industry knowledge
